Join the PXT (HR) team supporting Amazon's Japan Customer Fulfillment (JCFS) organization as a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), primarily supporting RME-M (Reliability and Maintenance Engineering – Maintenance). RME-M keeps our highly automated fulfillment network running through the maintenance and continuous improvement of robotics and automated equipment, with employees based at sites across Japan and a business that continues to grow rapidly. You will also help develop other HR team members and take part in cross-organizational projects, making this a role where you can meaningfully grow your HR career. Bring your strategic HR capabilities to a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-impact environment.

At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Change Management. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
