Key job responsibilities

オペレーションマネージャーは、大きな組織をリードし、サイトリーダーに昇格する機会や、地域統括リーダーへとステップアップする機会があります。また、アマゾンのオペレーションの様々なポジションへのステップアップを模索するオプションがあります。

【具体的な業務内容】
- 物流拠点運営、ソートおよびディスパッチオペレーションのリードおよび監督
- シフト全体の安全性、品質、パフォーマンス、カスタマーサービス向上
- 組織の方針と手順に従っての監督責任
- オペレーション目標の達成、および、それを上回る成果の実現
- 物量等の予測に基づく、戦略的な計画立案、パフォーマンスの評価、問題の解決および人材配置に関するニーズへの対応
- メンバーがより生産的で、パフォーマンスが高く、多様性があり、インクルーシブになるようサポート、指導し、動機付けします。チームメンバーの個人的な成功に対するビジョンとコミットメントを持って、共感を持ってリーダーシップを発揮し、楽しく仕事をし、メンバーに楽しんでもらいましょう。
- Learning and Talent Developmentチームとのパートナーシップにより、人材の獲得、パフォーマンスとキャリア開発、育成、サクセッションプランに関する計画の立案と実行
- 年間のオペレーション計画を編成し、日次/週次の生産計画と実績確認、短期/長期の需要変動対応、3PLを含む関係者との調整を通じて、コストを管理しながら、年間のオペレーション計画を実行します。
- DEI やSustainability関連の大規模プロジェクトや、Family Day、ボランティアイベントなどの大規模イベントをリードします。
- 部署間、シフト間、およびネットワーク間でベストプラクティスが着実に共有されるように、積極的なアクションを講じます。

このポジションに求められるのは、経験に裏打ちされたプロセスの改善能力と、Amazonの成長速度に合わせ、メンバーのモチベーションを高めながらさまざまなチャレンジに対して短期間で成果を出していく能力を持つ候補者です。また、さまざまな経験、バックグラウンドを持つ多様なメンバーと協業していく柔軟性が求められます。

Basic qualifications

- 人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験3年以上
- 管理職経験（評価、人材育成の経験等）
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験（プロジェクト規模は問わない・多部門横断型プロジェクト等）
- ビジネスレベル（読み書き会話）の日本語力もしくは英語力

Preferred qualifications

- 製造、物流、小売業界でのリソースやコストを数値にて可視化し、指標を用いて管理・向上させた経験5年以上
- 間接マネジメント（管理職やチームリーダーを通じたマネジメント）経験、マネージャー/リーダーの育成経験
- 繁忙期に複数名のパート、アルバイトと働いた経験
- 工学、経営、または関連分野の学位やMBA
- 変化する優先順位に対処し、的確な判断を行う能力
- 日本語と英語のバイリンガルスキル
- インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること
