How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Rattachée au Responsable Grands Comptes du Marché Recherches & Analyses, dans le cadre de ce stage, vous :

Support au suivi commercial des Grands Comptes : Mise en place d’outils d'évaluation et suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) spécifiques dans le cadre de plans de progrès personnalisés, visant à garantir une satisfaction client optimale.

Soutien opérationnel au Développement Commercial : En collaboration avec les responsables d'équipe, participation active aux actions de prospection (qualification de leads, enrichissement de bases de données, ciblage de nouveaux segments), à la préparation des offres commerciales et au suivi des relances clients.

Analyse de données & Pilotage stratégique : Contribution à l'analyse des tendances du marché et identification de nouveaux relais de croissance pour le Comité de Direction. Valorisation des données brutes en opportunités d'affaires concrètes.

Amélioration continue & Coordination transverse : Pilotage d'actions d'optimisation des processus internes en étroite synergie avec les directions clés (Opérations, Relation Client), afin de fluidifier la communication et renforcer la synergie entre le terrain et les fonctions supports.

Capacité d'apprentissage: vous avez une forte curiosité technique pour assimiler rapidement nos méthodes, nos produits et la variété des métiers et applications de nos clients.
Esprit analytique: vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, vous aimez les chiffres et savez proposer des mécaniques d'analyse pertinentes pour orienter la décision commerciale.
Relationnel & communication: vous possédez une communication proactive et fluide, essentielle pour travailler en équipe et au contact des clients
