Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and discussions that promote inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
- Monitor and measure the success of DEI programs and report progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate DEI best practices into all areas of the business.
- Provide guidance and resources to employees and leaders on DEI-related matters.
- Champion DEI efforts across the company, advocating for diversity and inclusion at all levels.
- Develop relationships with external organizations to support and promote diversity in the workplace.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to lead our DEI initiatives across the UK. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of DEI strategies, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will work closely with leadership to ensure DEI is integrated into the company's culture and business objectives, providing support, guidance, and leadership across the organization.As the Head of DEI UK, you will lead efforts to improve diversity in hiring, retention, and promotion. You will oversee the creation of inclusive programs, training, and policies, while measuring the effectiveness of DEI initiatives. Your role will also involve working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion is communicated effectively and consistently.
Essential
- Extensive experience in leading and managing DEI programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of DEI best practices and UK-specific diversity legislation.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership on DEI issues.
- Experience developing and delivering DEI training and educational initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive culture across large, diverse teams.
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion metrics and tools for measuring impact.
- Knowledge of best practices for diverse recruitment and talent development.
- Experience in building partnerships with external organizations to promote DEI.
- Relevant certifications in DEI, HR, or leadership development.
