Manage the operations of the whole infrastructure on different domains (systems, databases and networks).

Objective

• Manage the operations of the whole infrastructure on different domains (systems, databases and networks).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure the 2nd Line of Support for incidents and problem management.

• Install, configure, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure platforms to support highly-available and scalable secured services.
• Automate, test and monitor the platform and its sub-services, from an availability, consistency and confidentiality perspective.
• Propose adapted architectures for our infrastructure platforms and for services targeting our infrastructure platforms, in compliance with regulation, security and the expected service levels.
• Identify services migration scenarios.

• Deploy validated architectures and execute effective migration of services and data aligned with business requirements.
