Talent Acquisition Administrator

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator within Essity's Global Talent Lifecycle team, you will help to create exceptional experiences across Essity's organization.

You will play a critical role in delivering seamless and professional recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders across our organization. You will partner closely with Global Talent Acquisition Managers to coordinate interviews, support executive recruitment activities, and contribute to projects that enhance our Talent Acquisition processes and tools.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate interviews across multiple senior stakeholders, locations, and time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. 

• Prepare and coordinate interview logistics, including meeting invitations, virtual meeting arrangements, interview materials, and travel arrangements where required. 

• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in Workday and other recruitment systems. 

• Support Global Talent Acquisition Managers with recruitment coordination and administrative activities. 

• Assist with Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and technology projects, supporting implementation activities, process optimization, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives 

• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to recruitment standards.

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and the overall candidate experience.

Who You Are

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.  

• Experienced in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, customer service, or a similar administrative multi-customer-facing role. 

• Used to deliver a high-quality support through effective administrative coordination and stakeholder support.   

• Manage multiple priorities with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.   

• Data driven, with a commitment to quality and accuracy. 

• Someone who is curious, focused on proactively solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working. 

• A collaborative team player who builds relationships across functions, cultures, and geographies. 

• Experience working with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency, is considered an advantage. 

• Fluent in written and spoken English. An additional fluent language is a strong advantage (Portuguese, Spanish, French, Swedish, German).
