As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Data Science and Analytics Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive the identification and engagement of critical talent. You'll leverage your market expertise and sourcing skills to provide insights and recommendations that drive outcomes — making a meaningful impact, developing your expertise, and growing your career along the way.

You'll work closely with a team of specialist recruiters, TA Managers and business leaders to enhance and deliver Data Science and AI recruitment capability. In this role, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders across Data Science & Analytics to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategies for Data Science and AI.
• Lead and manage stakeholders and peers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Map the market, engage and convert passive talent using strategic sourcing techniques.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor and Data Science and AI talent subject matter expert.

We're looking for a talent professional who combines deep sourcing expertise with genuine curiosity about the Data Science and AI market, and who can influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

• Have strong Data Science domain expertise and a good understanding of the Data Science and AI talent market.
• Are confident in leading and managing stakeholders and peers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Have demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders as a talent advisor and talent SME.
• Demonstrate sophisticated communication and engagement skills, with a proven track record of recruiting senior talent from technology, data or digital product companies.
• Can evidence a track record of market mapping, engaging and converting passive talent through strategic sourcing techniques.
• Can confidently use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a curious and humble attitude, challenge the status quo, and are ambitious in delivering value.
