Teamleiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Viel Präsenz an den Anlagen statt im Büro: Sie sind dort, wo die Technik läuft
• Führung und Entwicklung des technischen Teams
• Planung von Schicht-, Bereitschafts- und Personaleinsätzen
• Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Krananlagen, Umschlagsgeräten und technischer Infrastruktur
• Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und technischen Standards
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern sowie Mitarbeit an technischen Optimierungsprojekten
• Teilnahme am Pikettdienst (Rufbereitschaft)
• Teilweise kann es zum Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten (FR/CH) kommen

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Betriebselektriker, Mechatroniker, Elektromechaniker oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Industrie-, Kran- oder Hebeanlagen
• Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, SPS-Steuerungen oder Automatisierungstechnik von Vorteil
• Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
• Deutsch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Hands-on-Mentalität, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
