Lead the manufacturing engineering team for engine overhaul planning, process optimization, and safety standard enforcement.
Aufgaben - Das können Sie von uns erwarten:
Führung des Teams für die Planung der Überholung von Motoren und Komponenten.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie konsequente Anwendung entsprechender Methoden.
Steuerung und Priorisierung der Aufgaben im Verantwortungsbereich sowie Treffen fundierter Entscheidungen – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
Analyse bestehender Arbeitsabläufe, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzial und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse.
Initiierung und Leitung von Lean-Management-Projekten sowie Umsetzung geeigneter Methoden zur nachhaltigen Prozessoptimierung.
Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten - Was wir benötigen:
Bachelor-Abschluss, Master oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
Gutes Verständnis der Produktion und deren Schnittstellen.
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion.
Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von Teams und / oder Projekten.
Logisches, analytisches und innovatives Denken.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
