Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen für Mittelspannungs- und Gleichstromanlagen, eigenständige Erstellung technischer und kaufmännischer Angebote
Steuerung des gesamten Auftragsprozesses von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Endabwicklung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen wie Vertrieb, Technik und Logistik zur Optimierung des Informationsflusses und zur Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Terminanforderungen, aktive Unterstützung der Prozessverbesserung in der Angebotserstellung und Auftragsabwicklung
Pflege und Dokumentation von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in ERP-Systemen sowie regelmäßige Erstellung von Berichten zur Optimierung der internen Kommunikation und der Auftragsprozesse

Qualifikationen für die Rolle:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
Erste Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Angebotserstellung oder im Projektmanagement für technische Produkte, idealerweise im Bereich Energie- oder Mittelspannungstechnik
Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Word)
Motivierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und hohe Kundenorientierung, gepaart mit einer gelegentlichen Reisebereitschaft
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse zur Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
