What are your contributions to the team?

Provide technical assistance to Operators on assigned systems for the Global Express and Challenger aircraft.
Monitor assigned systems reliability, recognize problems and propose corrective action for issues requiring technical solutions, taking into consideration financial impact for the customer and Bombardier.
Support both internal and external customers (ex: engineering, vendors, ect.).
Draft and keep various presentations on assigned items reliability.

How to thrive in this role?

College diploma in aircraft mechanics and/or electrical systems or university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Good general knowledge of aircraft systems (landing gears, flight controls, hydraulic syst & doors)
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in aerospace.
Experience on the Challengers (CL6XX & 3XX) and Global Express aircraft is a considerable asset.
Computer skills & Knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteGood English and French communication skills.
Must be a team player, customer focused and show initiative.
Must have a valid passport and available to travel sometimes with short notice.
