O Técnico de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (WHS) será responsável por trabalhar em parceria com a equipe de operações dos Centros de Distribuição (CDs) para executar as políticas de segurança da empresa e garantir a conformidade com todas as regulamentações locais e regionais aplicáveis. Liderará iniciativas de melhoria contínua para reduzir os riscos ergonômicos e de acidentes de trabalho em nossos processos, garantindo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável para os colaboradores das operações.

Você instruirá e treinará os Líderes de Operações nas políticas de segurança da Amazon e auxiliará as equipes operacionais locais na incorporação de nossos padrões de segurança em suas respectivas unidades. Você trabalhará para identificar as melhores práticas e incorporar essas metodologias padrão em nossos padrões para aprimorar continuamente a cultura de segurança.

Key job responsibilities
- Fornecer orientação e supervisão para garantir a conformidade com todos os Regulamentos Locais aplicáveis e Políticas de Segurança da Amazon.
- Avaliar o desempenho do local em relação aos requisitos publicados nas políticas de segurança. Para todas as deficiências, identificar um plano para o local implementar e corrigir.
- Entregar projetos de qualidade e dentro do prazo para as Operações;
- Entregar projetos de melhoria contínua e de SST (Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho);
- Analisar as métricas de segurança e revisar os incidentes diários, semanais e mensais para descobrir tendências e racionalizar a alocação de recursos adequados para as áreas onde o risco de segurança é maior;
- Realizar auditorias de segurança frequentes no local para identificar todos os equipamentos e/ou processos não conformes. Implementar soluções para eliminar a exposição a esses riscos e prevenir lesões;
- Auditar as práticas de registro e as entradas no Banco de Dados Global de Segurança AUSTIN para garantir que estejam alinhadas com os padrões globais de segurança e os regulamentos locais;
- Auditar a organização do local de trabalho e os comportamentos dos funcionários para garantir que os métodos de treinamento, auditoria e pontuação sejam precisos e consistentes;
- Realizar e relatar investigações de incidentes.

Basic qualifications

- A Health and Safety NVQ Level 3 or NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent)
- High School diploma
- A Health and Safety NVQ Level 3 or NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent), or NVQ Level 3

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
