In Deinem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm optimierst Du Geschäftsprozesse, treibst Veränderungen voran und gestaltest das Banking von morgen in einer internationalen Bank.

Anders als in vielen klassischen Traineeprogrammen gestaltest Du Deine Stationen aktiv mit. Je nach Interessen kannst Du beispielsweise Einblicke in Produktmanagement, Sales Management, Business Development, People & Culture oder weitere Managementbereiche erhalten.
Du arbeitest an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Bank ein.
Du erhältst Einblicke in strategische Entscheidungen und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für eigene Themen.

Dein Profil

Dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit gesammelt.
Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, denkst vernetzt und bringst neue Ideen ein.
Du begeisterst Dich für die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
