We are looking for a UX Designer to support the design of clear, usable and accessible digital products and services. You will work as part of a cross-functional team. You will contribute to understanding user needs, exploring design solutions, testing ideas and supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation. You will join the Health Lifestyle App and Platform product team and shape digital products that support Singaporeans in adopting healthier lifestyles.

This role is suited for someone with a good foundation in user-centred design who is comfortable working collaboratively, applying established design practices, and developing solutions with guidance and feedback from more experienced team members.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support the end-to-end design process, from understanding user problems through to designing, testing and refining solutions.

  • Participate in user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, surveys and observation, with guidance from more experienced team members.

  • Help synthesise research findings and translate insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes and interface designs.

  • Create and iterate on design concepts and prototypes using tools such as Figma.

  • Apply existing design systems, patterns and accessibility guidance consistently in your work.

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis and other team members to understand requirements, constraints and user needs.

  • Participate actively in design critiques, team discussions and workshops, and incorporate feedback into your work.

  • Prepare clear design documentation and support handover to engineering teams.

  • Help maintain shared design files, research materials and other team documentation.

  • Continue developing your design craft by learning from peers, seeking feedback and contributing to the wider design community.

[What we are looking for]

  • A foundation in user-centred design, interaction design, UX research or a related discipline.

  • Some experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes or interface designs through professional work, internships, apprenticeships or relevant projects.

  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

  • Able to explain your design thinking and the reasoning behind your work.

  • Curious about users and willing to learn how their needs, behaviours and context should influence design decisions.

  • Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively to improve your work.

  • Comfortable collaborating with people from different disciplines and backgrounds.

  • Organised and able to manage assigned tasks with support and guidance.

  • Willing to ask questions, surface uncertainties and seek help when needed.

  • Interested in developing your craft and gradually taking on more complex design problems.
