Value Realization Lead

We are looking for a Value Realization Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented to join our Digital Technology Strategy and Solutions team.

About the role

As a Value Realization Lead, you will drive the operational leadership, governance, and performance management of the Analytics Center of Excellence portfolio, helping ensure our investments translate into measurable business value.

You will orchestrate the portfolio from demand intake and prioritization through planning, delivery oversight, operationalization, and benefits realization, providing end-to-end visibility across initiatives, capacity, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

This is a highly transversal role where you will connect domains priorities with technology and delivery capabilities, enabling informed portfolio decisions, and continuously improving the value generated from our investments.

Who you’ll work with

You will work closely with domain stakeholders, Digital Technology stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners, coordinating activities across Data Foundations, Analytics & AI Solutions and Technology Platforms.

You will collaborate with delivery leads and technology owners to align demand and capacity, optimize portfolio throughput, and drive effective engagement across business, technology, and delivery teams.

While this is not a people-management role, you will play a central leadership role in bringing together stakeholders, driving transparency, facilitating prioritization decisions, and maintaining a clear view of portfolio progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own the portfolio management framework, including portfolio KPIs, value realization methodology, governance cadence, and executive reporting
• Manage the portfolio end to end, from demand intake through delivery, adoption, operationalization, and value realization
• Lead demand intake, qualification, sizing, and prioritization, ensuring alignment between incoming demand, business priorities, and delivery capacity
• Maintain a consolidated portfolio view of initiatives, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
• Govern portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery execution
• Manage portfolio pipeline planning and provide visibility of upcoming demand and delivery capacity
• Monitor and communicate portfolio performance, outcomes, and business value realization
• Partner with delivery leads and platform owners to optimize resource allocation and portfolio throughput, proactively identifying bottlenecks and recommending prioritization or capacity adjustments
• Coordinate delivery across Data Foundations, Analytics & AI Solutions, Technology Platforms, and Managed Services
• Track the adoption, operationalization, and benefits realization of delivered solutions
• Manage portfolio-level dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation paths
• Coordinate external partners and service providers to ensure alignment with delivery commitments
• Continuously improve portfolio management processes, governance, and performance measurement

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, data & analytics, or a related field
• Strong experience in portfolio management, demand management, value realization, program management, or technology delivery, ideally within a data, analytics, AI, or digital technology environment
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio from demand intake and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and benefits realization
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, planning, prioritization, capacity and resource management, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Ability to establish meaningful value and performance measures and connect technology delivery with business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to consolidate complex information on demand, capacity, delivery, risks, dependencies, and outcomes into clear insights that support decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, delivery teams, leadership, and external partners
• Ability to identify portfolio bottlenecks, constructively challenge priorities, and facilitate trade-off and prioritization decisions across competing demands
• A collaborative, structured, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable value.
• Fluent in English
