AI in this role
Lead web experimentation, CRO, and digital experience optimization across global supply chain web properties.
You will own the experimentation and conversion optimization program end-to-end: analyzing customer journeys to identify opportunities, designing solutions in partnership with art director contractors, running A/B and multivariate tests, and scaling what works. You bring a strong design and UX background — you think in wireframes, understand interaction patterns, and have a trained eye for what makes a web experience intuitive and compelling. You use customer data and usability insights as inputs to your design thinking, not as an end in themselves. This is a hands-on optimization role, not a research role.
You will sit alongside a Web Strategy & Program Lead (strategic projects), a Web Growth & Search Strategy Lead (SEO/AEO/content), and a Global Publishing Lead (publishing operations) — forming a collaborative team that covers the full lifecycle of the ASCS web presence from discovery through conversion.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO) program for all ASCS web properties — defining the testing roadmap, prioritizing hypotheses based on business impact, and managing test execution in Adobe Target to drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement
• Analyze customer journey and on-site engagement data using Adobe Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and high-impact optimization opportunities
• Design and prototype page-level improvements — layout changes, interaction patterns, form optimizations, CTAs, and content hierarchy adjustments — using Figma, translating data insights into concrete design solutions
• Partner with art director contractors to bring test concepts to production-ready designs, ensuring visual quality and brand consistency while optimizing for performance
• Conduct targeted usability tests using UserTesting.com or equivalent platforms to validate design hypotheses and inform optimization decisions — lightweight, iterative testing that feeds the experimentation pipeline
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the web team, MarTech Operations (MTO) team, content team, and product marketing teams to ensure optimization insights inform content strategy, site architecture, and strategic project decisions
• Produce clear, data-driven reports that connect test results and design changes to business outcomes, contributing to bi-weekly performance reviews and WBR inputs

Basic qualifications
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, or similar degree
- 3+ years of experience in web design, conversion rate optimization, digital experience optimization, or a related role with a strong design/UX component
- Design and UX background required — demonstrated ability to evaluate, critique, and improve web experiences through a design-thinking lens, with proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics for web performance analysis, funnel reporting, and user behavior segmentation
- Experience with UX testing platforms such as UserTesting.com or equivalent tools for validating design decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design recommendations and business narratives
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms, specifically Adobe Target
- Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, Contentsquare, or Quantum Metric (heatmaps, session recordings, engagement scoring)
- Background in B2B or enterprise web experiences — understanding of longer sales cycles, multi-stakeholder audiences, and lead generation funnels
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with international/multi-locale web properties and localization considerations in web design
- Basic understanding of SEO/AEO principles and how on-site experience impacts search performance
- Experience with statistical methods for experiment design (sample sizing, significance testing)
