Working student

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Key Account Management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, retail, commercial planning, and customer management within a fast-paced international environment.

You will work closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support business performance, reporting, customer coordination, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Analysis

• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Analyse sales performance, promotional activities, and customer trends.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards and trackers.
• Assist with forecasting and demand planning activities.

Customer & Account Support

• Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of retail accounts.
• Prepare presentations, customer meeting materials, and business review documents.
• Coordinate administrative activities related to customer agreements and promotions.
• Track action items and follow up with internal stakeholders.

Commercial Operations

• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with assortment, pricing, and distribution analysis.
• Coordinate information between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail Activation teams.
• Ensure customer-related data and reporting remain accurate and up to date.

Project Support

• Contribute to commercial improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Support preparation of Joint Business Plans and customer reviews.
• Participate in ad-hoc commercial analyses and business cases.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
