This position reports to:

R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Building business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

结构设计图纸支持：协助正式工程师完成产品G4及后续阶段结构图纸的核对、校验、整改跟进及正式下发工作，保障图纸准确性、规范性，匹配项目落地需求。
零件封样流程管理：负责结构零部件封样资料收集、整理、归档，跟进样品签样审核、下发全流程，独立启动封样流程，规范样品管控体系，保障量产物料一致性。
非标订单技术落地：协助完成非标定制订单的结构BOM搭建、核对与下发，配合项目需求完成结构数据同步，保障非标订单研发、生产流程顺畅推进。
产线技术支撑：快速响应生产现场结构类问题，协助工程师分析问题原因、输出整改方案，跟进问题闭环，保障产线正常生产运转。
日常研发辅助工作：协助完成产品结构开发、迭代优化相关的各类辅助工作，包括资料整理、数据统计、对接沟通、流程跟进等，配合团队完成项目节点目标。

Qualifications for the role

专业学历：本科及以上在读学生，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、机电一体化，智能制造等机械相关专业。
专业基础：熟悉机械结构设计基础知识，了解工程制图、公差配合、产品结构开发基本规范，具备良好的图纸识图能力。
软件技能：熟练使用AutoCAD、Creo等结构设计绘图软件；掌握Office办公套件，具备基础文档、数据处理能力；熟悉Windchill系统者优先。
综合能力：具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识，工作严谨细致、责任心强，执行力突出
具备良好的英文读写能力，能够借助AI工具高效辅助图纸核对、资料整理、问题分析等工作。
