Internship Program Overview: Our 10-week Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience with modern software engineering, offering exposure to both development and infrastructure. As an intern, you will work alongside the engineering team on meaningful projects and gain insight into how code moves from concept to production in a secure, reliable, and repeatable way. You will contribute to development activities while building practical skills in scalable engineering practices that support efficient delivery and operational reliability. This opportunity is designed to help you develop production-relevant experience and a strong understanding of how business priorities are transformed into secure, sustainable technology solutions. Location: Denver, CO Key responsibilities include: Assist the Investment Team with gathering, organizing, and tracking data related to retirement income products. Develop a foundational understanding of capital markets, asset allocation, and key investment concepts. Support quarterly investment updates, research initiatives, and other team projects. Contribute ideas and insights while building knowledge of retirement investments. Assist the Investment Team with ongoing, proactive due diligence on investment managers. Qualifications: Rising senior of a four-year university preferred Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experience Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Interest in Investment Advisor and/or Financial Services Industry The summer internship experience provides interns with meaningful exposure to the financial services industry. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
