Job Purpose & Scope
This position identifies and approaches potential customers and maintains relationships with existing clients. The GBI Account Executive- Southern Region collects customer feedback, market information and coordinate.

Effective customer relationship management to maintain long-term partnerships
Effective product presentation and negotiation to close sales successfully
Effective market feedback collection to support business improvement
Key Responsibilities & Job Content
Identify and approach potential customers (including both construction projects & distributor network) to develop sales opportunities
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Follow up sales contracts, sales order, and credit management
Organize traveling to market when necessary
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Collect customer feedback and market information
Prepare sales reports and update sales data
Coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities
