Job Description

Aufgaben - Das können Sie von uns erwarten:

Administration und Betrieb der IT Service Management (ITSM) Plattform innerhalb der GSZ-Umgebung zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren Servicebetriebs.
Konfiguration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von ITSM-Prozessen wie Incident-, Change-, Problem-, Request- und Asset-Management.
Implementierung und Betreuung von Workflows, Formularen und Automatisierungen zur Optimierung der Serviceprozesse.
Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung von Compliance- und Sicherheitsanforderungen.
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung bei Upgrades, Patches und Releasewechseln der Plattform.
Erstellung von Reports, Dashboards und Dokumentationen sowie Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der ITSM-Lösung.

Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten - Was wir benötigen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von IT Service Management Plattformen
Gute Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse und Best Practices im IT-Service-Management.
Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von Workflows, Servicekatalogen und Automatisierungen.
Kenntnisse in Datenbank-, Schnittstellen- und Integrationstechnologien.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Analytische und prozessorientierte Denkweise.
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten.
Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Fachbereichen und IT-Teams.
Fähigkeit, komplexe Serviceprozesse zu modellieren und zu optimieren.
Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
