Estamos em busca de um novo integrante para nosso time de Contratos 🚀 Sobre a posição 🔥 Nós buscamos por uma pessoa Advogada com experiência profissional em consultivo relacionado à jurídico contratual . A posição tem como missão garantir a segurança jurídica da empresa em suas contratações, bem como prestar consultoria geral sobre assuntos da empresa em todas as áreas do Direito (exceto tributário e ambiental). E será responsável por:

Análise e negociação de contratos com clientes, acordos de confidencialidade e demais documentos relacionados à prestação de serviços, incluindo participação ativa em reuniões sempre que necessário;
Análise e negociação de contratos com fornecedores, acordos de confidencialidade, campanhas comerciais e demais documentos relacionados à relação com terceiros, incluindo participação ativa em reuniões sempre que necessário;
Elaboração, revisão e gestão de contratos, aditivos, anexos e demais documentos jurídicos relacionados às operações da empresa;
Prestação de consultoria jurídica às áreas internas em temas relacionados a clientes e fornecedores, rescisões contratuais, aplicação de multas, documentos recebidos de terceiros e outras questões do dia a dia do negócio;
Consultoria jurídica no geral, com foco em temas cíveis e consumidor.

Localidade: São Paulo - SP - modelo híbrido Em conjunto com o time, você irá ajudar a alavancar resultados e crescimento da Swile Brasil para o nível máximo. Aqui, você terá autonomia para identificar oportunidades e executar as estratégias adequadas com o momento e desafios que temos aqui!!
