Zakres obowiązków:

obsługa klientów oraz przewoźników w zakresie spraw celnych i realizacji przesyłek spedycji lotniczej
dokonywanie zgłoszeń celnych w imporcie i eksporcie
prawidłowe, zgodne z obowiązującym prawem sporządzanie dokumentów SAD wraz załącznikami dla importerów i eksporterów towarów
współpraca z urzędem celnym w zakresie właściwego sporządzania dokumentacji
współpraca z Klientami
odpowiedzialność za utrzymanie wymaganych standardów jakości

Nasze wymagania:

aktualny wpis na listę agentów celnych
doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu dokumentów do odpraw celnych będzie dodatkowym atutem
wykształcenie minimum średnie
mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność, zaangażowanie, umiejętność pracy w zespole, komunikatywność
co najmniej 6-miesięczny okres zatrudnienia na obecnym stanowisku w UPS (dla kandydatów wewnętrznych)
