Als Application Manager verantwortest du den stabilen Betrieb, die Pflege und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung komplexer Anwendungen im Bankenumfeld. Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für deine Services und stellst sicher, dass diese den Kundenanforderungen sowie den vereinbarten Service Levels entsprechen. Dabei steuerst du die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen und sorgst für eine effiziente Abstimmung aller Beteiligten.

Dank deiner Erfahrung im Application Management & Application Operations koordinierst du Incidents, Problems, Changes und Releases über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg und gewährleistest eine hohe Servicequalität. Mit deinem Verständnis für Testdurchführung/-management, Service Monitoring und agilen Arbeitsmethoden erkennst du Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Services aktiv voran.

Highlights der Stelle

End-to-End-Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung businesskritischer Bankapplikationen in modernen Cloud-, Cluster- und Container-Umgebungen
Du definierst und dokumentierst die zukünftigen Application-Management- & Application‑Operations‑Aufgaben, inklusive klarer Verantwortlichkeiten, Schnittstellen und Übergaben zwischen den Teams.
Steuerung und Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder, Lieferanten sowie Fachbereiche .

Deine Skills

Weiterbildung oder höherer Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Application Manager, Application Owner von Applikationen und Umsystemen
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von End-to-End-Prozessen und serviceorientierten Betriebsmodellen
Erfahrung im Testmanagement und in der Qualitätssicherung von Applikationen
Kenntnisse von ITIL, DevOps und agilen Arbeitsmethoden
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
