Vacante orientada especialmente a personas en situación de discapacidad

Este puesto verifica los anticipos de gastos, realiza pagos rutinarios diarios, audita las solicitudes de suministros y codifica las facturas. Identifica áreas de excepción, investiga las causas de las retenciones y demoras e inicia soluciones para resolver los problemas que retrasan y suspenden el procesamiento de las facturas de los proveedores. Este puesto realiza otras tareas según se le solicite.

Responsabilidades

Verificar, auditar y procesar facturas, anticipos de gastos y pagos rutinarios, asegurando su correcta codificación y registro contable.
Dar seguimiento a estados de cuenta, identificar y resolver discrepancias, bloqueos o retrasos en pagos a proveedores.
Actuar como enlace entre áreas internas y proveedores, atendiendo consultas administrativas y escalaciones.
Mantener la exactitud de los registros de proveedores.
Analizar, verificar y corregir transacciones contables, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares del proceso y auditorías.
Cumplir y promover las normas de salud y seguridad de la compañía.
Seguimiento básico a reportes operativos e inconsistencias del proceso para asegurar el correcto flujo de pagos.
Soporte en la preparación de información para auditorías internas y externas, conforme a los lineamientos del área.
Comunicación operativa con proveedores y equipos internos para la atención de consultas y resolución de diferencias.
Asegurar la exactitud y actualización de los registros de proveedores en el sistema.
Clasificar, organizar, archivar y conciliar facturas como preparación para su procesamiento

Requisitos

Estudios en carreras contables, financieras o afines. (Preferido)
Conocimientos prácticos de Microsoft Word, Excel y Outlook.
Ingles - Basico a intermedio

Modalidad: Hibrida en Medellin
Horario: lunes a jueves 6:00 am a 3.30pm y viernes 6:30 am a 3:00pm
