Key job responsibilities

● 在资深装配员的指导下，认识并熟悉产线物料，并能分别不同物料，学会盘点产线物料，及库存物料，了解物料管理制度并及时报告产线缺料问题。
● 在资深装配员的指导下，认识产线装配工具和日常设备，学习正确使用工具。并在资深装配员的监督下，尝试使用各种产线日常设备。
● 在资深装配员指导下，参与车间 5S 管理。学习保持工位整洁有序，规范存放物料与工具。
● 在资深装配员的指导下，学习阅读作业指导书，并在资深装配员的监督下完成分配的装配任务。
● 在资深装配员的指导下，观摩测试工作，了解产品续测试环节涉及的步骤及造成残次品原因的装配原因。
● 记录所观摩到的装配过程、基础测试台操作、物料清点步骤，在实习期结束形成完整的实习报告。

About the team
RIVR（隶属于亚马逊）是一家通过真实场景送货上门开创具身智能（Physical AI）先河的机器人公司。RIVR 成立于 2024 年，最初作为苏黎世联邦理工学院（ETH Zurich）的衍生公司，致力于研发轮履结合/轮足机器人，使其能够在楼梯、大门、进出门户及不平整的城市地形等复杂、非结构化环境中平稳运行。我们坚信，实现通用物理智能需要解决现实世界中客户的实际问题，让机器人在大规模的真实运营数据中学习成长。
随着 2026 年 3 月被亚马逊收购，我们正以更大的规模和更快的速度继续践行这一使命。通过将自研机器人硬件、车载自主运行系统与云端协调机制相结合，RIVR（隶属于亚马逊）正在构建下一代安全、可靠的“最后一公里”自动驾驶送货机器人。

Basic qualifications

● 机械制造、机电一体化、电子技术等相关专业的在校学生。
● 有一定的机械/电子装配动手经验（学校项目、实验或兼职经验均可），乐于学习精密装配技能。
● 具备基础的机械图纸认知能力，愿意学习提升
● 对自动化设备有学习兴趣，无需经验
● 具备在校学习的电路和机械基础理论知识
● 学习能力强，有动力快速掌握新的装配流程
● 工作细心负责，愿意遵循工作指导文件，保证工作质量
● 良好的团队协作能力，愿意服从工作安排
● 遵守安全标准，具备较强的安全意识

Preferred qualifications

● 在学校实验室或实习中有接触过测试台操作
● 对物料和库存管理有兴趣
● 对学习专业机器人测试台架操作有兴趣
● 持有或正在考取相关基础证书（如电工证）者优先
