  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements across order management processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to help shape system improvements and contribute to future system upgrades and transformation projects.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, solve problems, and support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting while helping improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer focus and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and a strong interest in understanding how systems can drive operational excellence.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to Power BI, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • A process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and recommend improvements.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to challenge existing processes in pursuit of better outcomes.

If you bring energy, curiosity, strong digital literacy, and a desire to make things better, we'll provide the support, development, and opportunities to help you grow. We value fresh perspectives and new ideas, and we're looking for people who aren't afraid to question existing processes, leverage technology, and contribute to the future of the business.

Our team believes the best ideas can come from anywhere. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and excited about improving systems, processes, and the way we work, we want to hear from you.
