Job Description Summary

Digital Communication部門のメンバーと連携し、活動のモニタリングやデータ分析、レポーティングを通じて、チームの意思決定や業務改善を支えるポジションです。Power BIなどのツールを活用したデータの集計・可視化や、既存ツールのアップデート・改善にも携わります。データを活用して業務をより良くすることが好きな方、周囲とコミュニケーションを取りながら柔軟に取り組める方に、ぜひ挑戦いただきたいポジションです。

Job Description

主な業務内容

Digital Communication活動をモニタリングし、レポーティングや必要な改善アクションをサポートする
活動データを集計・分析し、チームの優先順位付けや意思決定を支援する
Power BIなどを活用し、データの可視化やレポート作成を行う
業務に使用するツールやテクノロジーの導入・活用をサポートする
既存ツールやデータ管理の仕組みをメンテナンス・更新し、必要に応じて新規作成する

必須要件

同様の業務における2～3年程度の実務経験
口頭および書面での高いコミュニケーション能力
機密情報を適切に取り扱い、必要なルールを遵守できること
Microsoft Word、PowerPoint、Excel、Outlookを業務で活用できるスキル
オープンマインドかつ柔軟に、周囲と連携しながら業務に取り組めること
細部にも注意を払い、正確に業務を遂行できること
