Job Description

主な業務
・社内の業務手順、ガイダンス、およびSOP（標準業務手順書）に従い、事務手続きを行う
・作成した書類（契約書状など）をリスト化し、保存・管理する
・会議資料の準備、整理、印刷などの事務サポートを実施する
・経費精算システムを使用し、財務部門からの照会にも対応する
・マーケティングに関連する事務的な業務を行う

・部門横断調整、およびミーティングの企画と運営を行う
・チーム内で発生するアドミニ業務に柔軟かつ迅速に対応する

応募要件
・基本的なPCスキルをお持ちである方（Word, Excel, Power Point, outlook中級程度）

・チームワーク力、優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル

・新しいことを学んで実践しようとする意欲

望ましい要件
・高い倫理観とコンプライアンス意識を有する方
