Job Description & Summary

Role and responsibilities

• Conducting market and industry research to understand key business trends and develop recommendations;
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of businesses to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Building financial and business models to support strategic and operational decisions;
• Developing reports and presentations on a variety of topics for client stakeholders;
• Supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of new business processes;
• Working collaboratively within project teams and contributing to client-facing deliverables.

Knowledge and experience:

• Completed University degree in business field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech), management consulting or a related field;
• Understanding of financial services products, business models and industry dynamics is an advantage;
• Strong command of spoken and written Kazakh\Russian and English;
• Proficient PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Power Point.
