AVS Supply Chain Managerは、ベンダー各社の在庫・物流オペレーションにおける課題に対して改善提案を行い、アマゾン上でのビジネス成長、日々の業務プロセスの改善を経てベンダー満足度が向上するように、継続的にサービスを発展させていきます。また、ビジネス、システム、サプライチェーン運用チームとの強力なパートナーシップを構築し、共通の目標に向かって改善を推進します。

Key job responsibilities
本ポジションでは以下の業務に責任を持ちます：
・ベンダー各社の在庫および物流課題の解決を推進し、主要ビジネスメトリクスの改善を通じてサービス満足度を向上させる

・お客様に提供する利便性（Availability、配送スピード等）を向上させる

・カテゴリーリーダーやカテゴリーサプライチェーンマネージャーと定期的にコミュニケーションを持ち、サービスの

・方向性についてフィードバックを得ると共に、カテゴリー戦略・サプライチェーン戦略の意思決定をサポートする

・全社的な観点から業務を遂行し、スケーラブルなプロセス改善、自動化、分析を活用して部門間・事業間を超えたプロジェクト開発を促進する

Basic qualifications

- 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Proven ability to communicate and present strategies to senior leadership
- Analytical mindset to quickly diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions
- Strong business Japanese and English skills (written and oral)

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)
- Software development experience or equivalent tech background
- MBA is considered a plus
