Broking Support – Facultative We’re hiring! We are looking for a Broking Support – Facultative to join our Reinsurance team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office. What the day will look like Documentation, Booking & Endorsement Management Manage the end-to-end documentation process, including preparation, issuance, tracking, and record maintenance of slips and endorsements. Ensure timely issuance of slips and endorsements within the established SLA (2-5 working days). Maintain proper documentation tracking and support high-volume transactions and accounts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and accounts booking while minimizing backlogs. Placement & Market Coordination Support placement execution through active follow-up on outstanding signed slips and market responses. Coordinate with brokers, markets, and internal stakeholders throughout placement and post-placement activities. Monitor placement timelines and assist in achieving timely completion of placement activities. Support the completion and collection of signed slips from relevant parties. Client Servicing & Communication Maintain timely responses with clients, with a target response time of less than 24 hours. Manage communication flow between clients, markets, and internal stakeholders. Ensure clear, accurate, and consistent communication across all parties involved. Support day-to-day client servicing and stakeholder coordination activities. Compliance, Reporting & Record Management Maintain audit-ready documentation and records at all times. Ensure compliance with Aon policies, regulatory requirements, and OJK standards. Support the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and servicing records. Ensure documentation integrity, data accuracy, and proper record management practices. Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting servicing activities and enabling brokers to focus on client and revenue-generating activities. Skills and experience that will lead to success 1 to 3 years' experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking operations, client servicing, policy administration, or a related insurance support function. Experience handling insurance documentation, endorsements, invoices, claims administration, or policy servicing activities would be an advantage. Familiarity with insurance placement processes and coordination with insurers, markets, clients, and internal stakeholders. Good understanding of operational workflows, documentation requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, markets, and internal teams.
