  • Drive execution of the Distribution strategy, ensuring priorities, decisions and transformation initiatives are delivered effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Distribution Officer, providing challenge, insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Lead performance management, executive reporting and leadership materials, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate governance activity, regulatory oversight and action tracking across Distribution and key Group functions.
  • Design and manage the operating rhythm of the Distribution Leadership Team, supporting planning, accountability and organisational effectiveness.
  • Develop executive communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across leadership teams and strategic partners.

  • Strong commercial, strategic and analytical capability with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver outcomes through collaboration and leadership.
  • Experience operating within a regulated environment and managing governance requirements.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading complex change, transformation or strategic delivery initiatives.

Desirable: Wealth, platform, adviser or broader financial services experience; experience supporting a CEO, Executive Committee member or business division leader; understanding of distribution, sales leadership and growth agendas; and experience across governance, strategy, operations and people activities.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Strategic Planning, Governance, Performance Management, Stakeholder Management, and Executive Reporting. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
