Thales CPS is looking for a Cybersecurity Sales & Account Manager who can join us in our Sales Department in Barcelona, supporting all Sales activities at East Region Market.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and a consultative sales approach, capable of building trusted relationships with customers, identifying their cybersecurity challenges and translating them into business opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities, developing relationships with new customers and key stakeholders.
Understand customers' cybersecurity challenges, business priorities and regulatory requirements to identify the most appropriate services and solutions.
Develop opportunities for recurring and long-term cybersecurity services, increasing customer penetration and account value
Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing.
Work closely with Pre-sales, Delivery and cybersecurity experts to build competitive and differentiated proposals that address customer needs.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, ensuring appropriate follow-up of opportunities through the CRM.
Monitor revenue, margin and profitability of accounts and opportunities.

Requirements:

10 years of minimum experience, mainly in Sales Cybersecurity Activities and/or IT Account Management.
Experience in Spain’s East Region market.
