Per poter entrare a far parte del mondo Santander è importante:
- Padroneggiare la lingua italiana e inglese (almeno B2)
- Avere una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
- Conoscere strumenti di analisi e visualizzazione dati
- Essere curiosi, saper ascoltare e aver voglia di mettersi in gioco
- Saper gestire le attività assegnate responsabilmente e con affidabilità, collaborando in team!
Inoltre, è considerato un plus conoscere la lingua spagnola e/o dei linguaggi di programmazione (es. Python, Java, PHP).
Qualche informazione in più:
- Che orario di lavoro abbiamo? Lavoriamo 37 ore a settimana (8 ore dal lunedì al giovedì; 5 ore il venerdì)
- Come si svolge l’iter di selezione? Dopo un primo contatto di screening telefonico, seguono due eventuali step: un colloquio conoscitivo da remoto, al cui esito positivo segue un secondo colloquio in presenza su aspetti tecnici e comportamentali
