MEX Subdirector AI Engineer

Definir la arquitectura técnica y dirigir el diseño e implementación de soluciones de IA, ML y GenAI para productos estratégicos del Grupo, estableciendo estándares de ingeniería, con la finalidad de asegurar soluciones escalables y alineadas a la estrategia tecnológica. Definir y supervisar el desarrollo de componentes productivos, APIs e integraciones con sistemas internos y externos, estableciendo criterios técnicos para asegurar su escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y trazabilidad. Definir los mecanismos de integración de fuentes estructuradas y no estructuradas, estableciendo criterios de calidad y gobierno de datos, para habilitar soluciones end-to-end confiables y escalables. Definir los marcos de evaluación y supervisar la validación de modelos, agentes y soluciones GenAI, incorporando métricas de desempeño, seguridad, precisión y experiencia de usuario, para asegurar su adopción en ambientes productivos. Definir la evolución técnica de los productos globales de IA en México, coordinando con equipos locales y globales, para asegurar su adopción conforme a las necesidades regulatorias y de negocio. Definir e impulsar prácticas de MLOps, LLMOps y observabilidad, estableciendo lineamientos para asegurar despliegues confiables, monitoreo continuo y mejora permanente de los modelos en producción. Incorporar principios de Responsible AI, seguridad, privacidad y cumplimiento regulatorio desde el diseño de las soluciones, mitigando riesgos tecnológicos, operativos y reputacionales. Actuar como referente técnico del dominio de AI Engineering, estableciendo mejores prácticas y asesorando a ingenieros y equipos multidisciplinarios, para incrementar la calidad, reutilización y escalabilidad de las soluciones. Coordinar la definición técnica de soluciones con negocio, arquitectura, T&O, Data Governance y áreas de control, traduciendo requerimientos estratégicos en capacidades de IA viables y gobernadas.
