Job Title: CFO AI Acceleration Squad – Analyst (NCT)

Team Overview
The CFO AI Acceleration Squad is a dedicated transformation team established to accelerate AI adoption across CFO.
As an Analyst in the team, you will support the delivery of AI adoption initiatives, help identify opportunities to improve processes, assist in developing and testing AI solutions, and work directly with Finance teams to increase the use of tools such as Copilot, dbLumina and emerging AI capabilities.

Your key responsibilities
- Support AI adoption activities and help colleagues identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
- Assist with process reviews, opportunity assessments and AI use case development.
- Contribute to the testing, implementation and documentation of AI solutions.
- Gather user feedback and support benefit tracking activities.
- Develop prompts, knowledge assets and reusable materials to encourage AI adoption.
- Act as an AI ambassador, sharing ideas, learning and success stories across the organisation
Your skills and experience
- Strong interest in AI, innovation, technology and continuous improvement.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and approaches.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, dbLumina, Power Platform or similar technologies is beneficial.
