Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a Manager to join our Chinese Business Group (CBG), supporting Chinese clients investing and operating across Uzbekistan. The role combines business development, client relationship management, project coordination, and cross-border advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients and key stakeholders.
Identify business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
Coordinate projects across tax, legal, advisory teams.
Act as a bridge between Chinese clients and local teams, including interpretation and translation support.
Prepare proposals, presentations, client materials, and market research(news/ targets search etc.).
Support client visits, events, and relationship-building activities.

Requirements

Major in business, finance, economics, law, or related fields is preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience (Senior Associate) or 3+ years (Manager).
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English or Russian.
Strong business development skills.
Experience working with Chinese companies, investors, or cross-border projects is preferred.
Knowledge of Uzbekistan, Eurasian markets is an advantage.
