  • Identify gaps in AI knowledge and propose targeted data or educational interventions to address them.

Product Development & Clinical SME Support

  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for product and engineering teams during feature design and iteration.

  • Ability to translate real-world clinical scenarios into structured data, annotations, or written feedback.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining complex clinical concepts to non-clinical teammates.

Questions you could be asked

  1. How do you decide that one model's output is better than another's for a given task?
  2. How do you check AI-generated content before it ships?
  3. How do you keep labeling instructions consistent across a large annotation team?
  4. Tell me about a project where data annotation was part of your work. What did you do?
  5. Tell me about a project where clinical evaluation was part of your work. What did you do?

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: AI Evaluation, AI Content, AI Data Labeling, Data Annotation, and Clinical Evaluation. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Show where AI is part of your daily process, not a one-off project. This role expects it to be a running habit.
