Pay Transparency

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is Kč737,100 - Kč1,210,950 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, Life Insurance, Annual Leave, and Wellness Program.

Job Description

Job Summary

VCA team is looking for a Client Consulting Analyst to join our practice, delivering high impact strategic projects for Visa’s clients in and Czechia (based in Prague). The role involves leveraging data science, including the unique Visa transaction dataset, analytics, and business consulting expertise to deliver actionable insights and drive portfolio growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Analysts are expected to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and translate complex challenges into strategic moves for clients.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery of the projects for Visa clients across various domains, from operations, digital, products to strategy
Support the development of frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful business opportunities and challenges
Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities
Support the formulation and testing of hypotheses to address client business problem
Keep up with the newest financial & banking trends on the market and absorb the new information in a timely manner with high level of understanding and structuring of data
Deliver advanced data analyses based on usage of calculation spreadsheets in Excel
Deliver insightful and comprehensive visualizations of gathered info in a form of PowerPoint presentations• Successfully collaborate with peers in other function areas (product, marketing, and sales), to execute projects and deliver value for clients

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

What we're after..

Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak (written & verbal)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent
International student exchange as an asset
1-2 years experience in management consulting
Experience in banking and/or financial services as an asset
Advanced storytelling including strong PowerPoint skills
Data analysis (including Excel) and leverage of frameworks to better convey complex information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality in reports and data analysis
Effective communication, with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to present to audiences from different levels of seniority
Self-motivation, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently, and to prioritize tasks to deliver the projects efficiently and on-time
Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to ideate or refine existing processes and solutions
Be team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
Always curious and up-to-date with digital and consumer trends
