What the day will look like contract processing (from simple to complex client contracts) administration and maintenance of client and contract data in the system creating insurance certificates, policies, contracts based on automations correcting premium and brokerage creating and following procedures and guides for the scope of work acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues participating in projects aimed at process improvement and transition projects support of less experienced colleagues ensuring process documentation is up to date suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery suggesting process and/or system improvements to team manager participating actively in problem solving cooperating closely with team manager as well as the team and making sure all deadlines are met Skills and experience that will lead to success English - level B2 German - level C1 good knowledge of MS Office ability to analyse processes and identify areas for improvement ability to identify and respond to risks excellent attention to detaits strong ability to think creatively understanding and applying appropriate communication style ability to meet tight deadlines under time pressure ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes good time management and organizational skills strong work ethic good knowledge of insurance market would be an advantage experience in transition process would be an advantage #comercialriskandreinsurancesolution #LI-Hybrid #LI-MŚ1 #LI-Associate 2026-106377
