As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll:
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do
- Manage customer enquiries, orders and correspondence
- Provide clear and accurate product and service information
- Take ownership of problems and complaints through to resolution
- Build trusted relationships through friendly, reliable service
- Keep accurate records and confidently use our customer systems
- Champion customer feedback and help us continually improve
