Key job responsibilities
• 7x24 roster duty in data center operations.
• Incident first responder and onsite hands on support.
• Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline.
• Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline.
• Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline.
• Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas.
• Innovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.
- 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience.

Preferred qualifications

- Industry experience in Data Center Operations.
- Knowledge on data center networking, cloud computing and continuous process improvement.
- Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
