As a Digital Media Manager, your role will be pivotal in meeting consumers' preferences and needs across various touchpoints. From online video to social networks, in-app placement, you will develop and implement compelling media strategies that resonate with our target audience. 

Responsibilities 

• Plan and implement comprehensive media strategies and tactics for part of the portfolio of P&G brands across different channels: online video, social networks, in-app, and others. 

• Prepare negotiation strategies with media vendors together with Purchases team. 

• Manage the media agency’s work and co-partner in creating and executing media plans. 

• Ensure media KPI delivery on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis across the total portfolio; prepare reports for management with KPI delivery and action plans in case of any under-deliveries. 

• Analyze, propose, and implement interventions to improve media visibility and awareness of our brands. 

• Maintain excellence across all projects, especially in the fields of compliance with internal/corporate and external regulations, financial accuracy, and documentation in line with legislation and P&G guidelines. 

• Analyze project performance and recommend investment choices. 

• Collaborate with various stakeholders on delivering new pilots and base business projects. 

• Supervise agency and multifunctional teams.

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company’s support). 

• Any higher education degree. 

• 2-3 years of proven experience in digital media planning and/or buying across multiple channels and vendors, including social media, online video, Smart TV, in-app, etc. 

• Understanding of the Russian media landscape, particularly the digital media environment. 

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level). 

• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week).
