Job Description
Overview:
Visa is seeking a Director of Admin Experiences to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of administrative experiences across the Client Platforms portfolio. This leader will be responsible for transforming fragmented onboarding, support, compliance, and operational workflows into a unified, intelligent, and highly automated ecosystem that enables Visa teams and clients to move faster with fewer manual touchpoints.
While this is not a people management role, the role will lead a team of product managers tasked with modernizing internal user experiences, simplifying onboarding operations, driving administrative automation, and creating a single, cohesive vision across onboarding, compliance, identity, contracting, fee management, and operational support experiences. The Director will partner closely with Client Support, Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to identify friction points and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate client time-to-value. This vision aligns with numerous ongoing initiatives around Unified Admin Experience, Mission Control, Launchpad, Universal ID, onboarding orchestration, fee schedule automation, and sanctions screening modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and Execute the Admin Experience Strategy:
- Establish and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Visa's internal administrative experiences across the Client Platforms organization.
- Create a unified administrative platform that brings together onboarding, compliance, operational support, identity management, workflow execution, reporting, and client administration capabilities.
- Develop a multiyear transformation strategy focused on reducing administrative complexity, improving employee experience, and enabling scalable growth.
Unify Administrative Portals and Experiences:
- Lead the consolidation of fragmented administrative tools and workflows into a streamlined, role-based experience.
- Drive initiatives that integrate onboarding dashboards, workflow management, operational tooling, support functions, compliance processes, and reporting capabilities into a cohesive admin ecosystem.
- Define standards for navigation, user experience, workflow integration, and operational visibility across all administrative platforms.
Partner with Client Support and Operations:
- Establish a strong partnership with Client Support, Implementation Managers, Operations teams, and regional support organizations to understand pain points and enhancement opportunities.
- Translate operational feedback into product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Continuously improve support tooling, visibility, workflow efficiency, and operational transparency to improve both employee and client experiences.
Lead Compliance and Administrative Governance Programs:
- Guide product strategy for administrative functions related to:
- Contract validation and management.
- Fee schedules and billing enablement.
- Sanctions screening and OFAC compliance.
- PCI-DSS verification and regulatory requirements.
- Identity and access governance.
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk organizations to ensure workflows are both efficient and compliant by design.
Automate Client Onboarding Operations:
- Identify high-volume administrative activities that can be digitized, streamlined, or eliminated.
- Drive automation across onboarding workflows, approvals, data collection, project setup, operational handoffs, and compliance checks.
- Reduce reliance on manual coordination, email-based processes, spreadsheet tracking, and duplicate data entry.
Expand the Universal ID Program:
- Own the product strategy and expansion of Universal ID as a foundational component of Visa's onboarding and client identity ecosystem.
- Drive adoption across onboarding journeys, partner programs, finance processes, and acquired entities.
- Expand integrations with onboarding, client management, compliance, and operational systems to create a consistent identity and administration model across Visa.
Build Intelligent Administrative Experiences:
- Drive adoption of AI-driven capabilities that improve operational productivity and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for workflow orchestration, intelligent routing, compliance automation, predictive task management, and operational insights.
- Leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort while improving visibility, auditability, and quality.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
