Job Description:

Job Summary:

Supervises a team performing standardized processes. (e. g. , Administrative or Technical Support; entry-level Professional Expertise). Prioritizes tasks within team; collaborates and coordinates with other supervisors. Problems are less routine, and sometimes complex; resolution guided by policies and procedures. Drives team toward completion of short-range objectives. Impacts results of team; daily, weekly, monthly. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

This position provides additional supervision and operational oversight of the Import, Export, Warehouse/Packaging, and Dispatch teams.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Import/Export Processes – Required
Transportation and Logistics Operations Experience – Required
Warehouse, Packaging and Distribution Management Experience – Required
Bachelor's Degree – Preferred

Additional Criteria:

Job Grade: 202
Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate – Required.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Requires schedule flexibility depending on business needs
