Due to continued growth and exciting new opportunities, WM New Zealand is looking for two motivated people to join our team based at our Timaru Depot.

Position 1: Experienced Driver (Class 2 or Class 4)
We are seeking an experienced and reliable driver to undertake waste collection services throughout Mid and South Canterbury. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is committed to maintaining high safety standards.
Position 2: Entry-Level Driver Opportunity
Looking to start a career in the transport industry?
This position would suit someone eager to enter the driving profession. A Class 2 licence is preferred, however applicants with a full Class 1 licence and a genuine willingness to learn and progress are encouraged to apply. WM New Zealand can support the right candidate in obtaining the required licences and qualifications.
Both roles require individuals who:
- Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Enjoy working with customers and representing the business professionally
- Are physically fit, as manual lifting is involved
- Have a strong commitment to health and safety
- Take pride in maintaining high standards in everything they do
