What you’ll do

Initiate some driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc)
Monitor driver performance metrics, identify root causes, and develop data-driven action plans to improve operational performance
Execute and evaluate driver promotions, activation campaigns, and communication initiatives to improve driver productivity and retention
Report about Driver Performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken

Creative to create a Fresh Campaign to Activate Drivers

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a startup, logistics, or technology company
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Able to work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple priorities with strong ownership
Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reviewing the results of each promotion/campaign execution
Set and determine a promotion plan for Driver Comms or any Driver Activation project
Experienced in Canva or similar design tools for creating campaign visuals and communications
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
