¿Qué estamos buscando?Collaborate with the E-Commerce Platform Manager in defining the working plan for the eCommerce Support unit, defining key IT projects to improve the functionalities of the e- commerce platforms under his/ her responsibility. Focus on ensuring the optimal use of the applications - Provide specialized functional support in using eCommerce platforms to Global Markets (GM) desks and external clients - Work closely with IT and external platform providers in managing and solving eCommerce platforms’ incidences. Assist in identifying and analysing the incidence, and in monitoring and testing its resolution. Focus on channelling technical issues of these platforms to the respective internal or external IT department - Coordinate the interaction with IT and external platform providers in projects related to new developments and functional improvements in the eCommerce platforms. Act as the project sponsor and be the first source of information towards IT and external platforms’ providers - Define the scope, objectives, planning and valuation for each project. Identify the required solutions, taking into account eCommerce platforms current capabilities and the more viable options in terms of developments, budget, etc. Focus on understanding GM desks and clients’ needs, and proposing specific solutions - Validate and review the IT solution model and project planning. Make sure and check that the solution fits with the Trading/ Sales and external users eCommerce needs - Monitor the project development and implementation. Help in solving problems and bottlenecks (participants’ coordination, etc.) - Review mock-ups and prototypes. Take part in form and functional testing, both in development and production environments - Validate the project final delivery to the both external and internal clients. Monitor the marketing plan and new platform/ developments KPIs, together with the E-Sales Manager - Configure new features and developments on platforms, enabling Sales and Trading teams to operate more efficiently - Facilitate the automation of specific processes related to the eCommerce platforms or tools. Focus on programming the required automation rules - Carry out training sessions with the Sales and Trading units, to explain new eCommerce platforms and/ or new functionalities and improvements. Elaborate supporting documentation and presentations for the demos and training sessions - Perform the on-boarding process for BBVA users and clients in the electronic platforms, according to the information provided by the E-Commerce Sales team. Focus on the coordination with Sales, Trading and E-Commerce Sales teams - Collaborate in eCommerce platforms audits. Propose and implement solutions for the detected audit weaknesses (IT developments, operating processes modification, etc.). - Elaborate and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports based on the electronic platforms ́ performance. Provide inputs about the eCommerce platform performance, contributing to the Global Markets (GM) Management and Sales/Trading teams decision making processesEn caso de requerir algún ajuste razonable* en tu proceso de selección, comunícalo al reclutador/a en el primer contacto.
