JOB TITLE
Emp Life Cycle Associate | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY
The ELC Associate – Global Solutions supports end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee services, data changes, and offboarding. The role ensures accurate HR transaction processing and records maintenance, responds to employee and stakeholder inquiries, supports the resolution of escalated HR cases, and applies relevant policies and procedures to deliver reliable, high-quality HR services.

ROLE PROFILE

Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job and personal data changes, transfers, corrections, and terminations.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee information and HR records within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Provide operational support to employees and onshore People and Organization teams regarding daily HR transactions, policies, and procedures.
Respond to routine and escalated HR inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct regular data-integrity audits to identify errors, correct discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR records.
Register, monitor, and update HR cases in line with the Global Solutions service catalogue and established service standards.
Document, review, and continuously improve data-entry procedures and workforce-administration processes.
Support departmental projects and perform additional HR operational duties when required.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and applicable labor laws is preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork, negotiation, time-management, and self-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines; previous internship or experience in an HR services environment is advantageous but not required.
